Anthropomorphic

The animals that scatter themselves across my work are quite typically presented in an anthropomorphic way.  A bird might possess a great set of antlers or a cow might be wearing the funkiest pair of boots and then there are the limbs.  I love human legs and arms on my cast of characters- I like them to be out of proportion and at times, wildly colorful. I also enjoy giving them bellies and breasts and other appendages.  At times they are whimsical, almost comical, but depending upon what I am experiencing on a deeper level-  they may be darker-a bit more sinister in their intentions.  They keep me company and make me smile and are a hell of a lot cheaper than therapy.
